GAP Wins Award At Show

The Greyhounds As Pets stand at the Sydney Royal Easter Show is always a popular location for visitors to the Show, now it has proven popular with the judges.

On Thursday the GAP Stand was officially awarded the winner of the Commercial Exhibitor Award for the best stand in the Pet Pavilion.

GAP has been a regular at the Easter Show for several years, and there is always congestion outside the stand with patrons keen to pat a greyhound and find out all about what magnificent pets they make.

“This is a wonderful honour and reward for the hard-working GAP team who have manned the stand throughout the duration of the Royal Easter Show,” the organisation’s CEO Rob Macaulay said.

“But more than anything it shows the appeal our beautiful animals have with the general public.

“Since opening day on March 22, the GAP stand has been a hive of activity, and I congratulate the team for winning this prestigious award.”

The GAP team will be at their stand in the Pet Pavilion each day until the Royal Easter Show comes to a close on April 2.
