Meet Wilma & Harriet – A Bonded Pair of Gentle, Loving Companions
Wilma and Harriet are a stunning pair of 7-year-old retired racing greyhounds who are completely bonded and must find a home together. Having spent their retirement living indoors full-time, they are well-mannered, fully house-trained, and settled into the comforts of pet life.
Harriet (green collar) is the confident leader, guiding Wilma (blue collar) through the world. Wilma, once very timid, has flourished with Harriet by her side, making their bond unbreakable. These girls love their morning walks, taking their time to sniff the neighbor’s flowers before returning home to snooze the day away on a cozy bed.
Both have been inside for long periods without any toilet issues, proving they are reliable and house-trained. They respond to their names, and when comfortable, they will happily come when called. They’ve also had experience around young children (as young as two) and are excited but always gentle in their interactions.
Their ideal home will provide them with plenty of love, a comfortable place to rest, and reassurance during storms, as they do get the shakes when the weather turns. A routine of kibble, beef mince, rice, and sweet potato keeps them happy, and they certainly won’t turn down a tasty treat!
