"Jonah is a beautiful, inquisitive boy who loves nothing more than a snuggle on the couch or a handful of treats. It took Jonah a few weeks to settle in and get comfortable but once he did, his fun, loving personality really came out and we even got a roach or two. Jonah has mastered toilet training and going up and down the stairs. He has learned commands like wait and come here and is quite willing to learn new things especially when there is a tasty treat involved! He went to the groomers for a bath and nail trim and was very tolerant. He loves playing with toys and going for daily walks, sometimes he’ll try and catch a fly or two, but is also always content to lie by your side during the day."
Hi, my name is Jonah, I’m a sweet and affectionate hound looking for a family to love forever.
I’m a go lucky kind of guy who loves nothing more than my favorite ear scratches and my favorite treats, I will do absolutely anything for a snack! This will even help me learn new things and help me to build up to full time hours alone, I do like to sunbake so having somewhere for me to retreat to will be a big green tick from me, and I promise will be there waiting for you with my happy face and wagging tail for you to arrive home. I'm a Netflix and chill kind of guy and not so much a party animal, so a quiet home with no kids and minimal visitors will suit me best. I get along well with my other friends here at GAP, however I would love to have my yard and my people all too myself, but this doesn't mean I won't enjoy going on walks and meeting other hounds in my spare time. Nothing beats snoozing on a comfy bed and I can’t wait to spend my time indoors with you.
