MANTIS
Age: 1 year | Sex: Male
Microchip: 956000006674698
Location: Western Sydney GAP Adoption Centre
With that triangular head and those long elegant legs flailing about as he tosses his favourite hamburger toy in the air, one can’t help but draw a comparison to the leafy green insect! This handsome young Mantis is looking for his forever home.

At just under 2 years old, Mantis is still very new to many elements of pet life and is looking for someone to take things nice and slow with him. Once he feels at home, Mantis is will show you his playful and goofy side! He can get excited to see his beloved humans and would best suit a home without young children who may accidently get under his feet. Mantis is praying for a home with a medium/large dog to play with while the humans are off at work during the day. Alternatively, if Mantis is to be an only dog he is suited to those who work part-time or casual hours. He is slowly learning to enjoy spending time in the house, and will require a backyard to retreat to and to enjoy his favourite squeaky toys. Introducing him positively to new things will be made a lot easier by the fact that he loves his treaties and will do just about anything for a bit of dried chicken!

If you think you can give this little critter the loving home he deserves, fill out an application online today! Mantis is available now on a foster-to-adopt basis.
